Originally, this was intended to be a piece about people playing instruments and forming a band, hence why we have School of Rock and Step Brothers, but sometimes those ideas don’t work out the way I envision, or there isn’t enough material to make the idea come together. For some months, I end up bouncing between 2-4 ideas before I have a cut that I’m happy with. It can be nerve-racking changing ideas on a whim, but when a project comes together, it makes all the nerves worthwhile!
