Behind The Story is a post-episodic web series that goes behind the scenes of some of Paramount’s latest and greatest shows, providing a cast and crew introspection into how an episode is made. This version of the web series takes us into the creation and genius behind Paramount+’s Lawmen: Bass Reeves, a Western mini-series based on the life of Bass Reeves, one of the first African American U.S. Marshals west of the Mississippi River.

This was my entry into Producing & Writing for any television-based promotional content during my time as an Editorial Ambassador with the MTVE Brand Creative team at Paramount. I had the pleasure of working with several editors and supervising producers to accomplish something that I am both extremely proud of and delighted with. This is also the first of eight episodes of this series that I wrote and produced!
